BOARD OF DIRECTORS

PROJECT 514 is committed to effective outreach beginning with being good stewards of the resources entrusted to us. We consider it a priority to maintain integrity and openness in our financial practices. We are committed to a high set of standards including being governed by a responsible Board of Directors. Our Board establishes policies, sets budgets, oversees operations and reviews organizational accomplishments. Our financial statements are prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. We also obtain an annual audit in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards by an independent public accounting firm.

DIRECTOR - RICK BRITTON

President of Digital Monitoring Products. DMP manufactures network and cellular alarm communication devices. Under Rick’s able leadership DMP continues to lead it's industry in quality and innovation. In addition Rick serves on the finance board of Graceway Church in Kansas City, and is also a consultant on the church’s expansion projects. Rick and his wife, Jan, live in Leawood, Kansas. They have two adult children and two grandchildren.

CHAIRMAN - JIM WADE

Owner and President of Atlas Security Inc, in Springfield Missouri. Atlas is a full service provider of electronic environmental detection systems. Jim also serves on the Board of Directors for One Sole Purpose, a non-profit organization providing shoes for children in need. Additionally, Jim serves with the Missions committee at High Street Baptist Church and along with his wife Nancy, enjoys teaching young families. Jim and Nancy have 4 adult children.

PRESIDENT - JEFF BRITTON

Customer Care Manager for Digital Monitoring Products in Springfield Missouri. DMP manufactures network and cellular alarm communication devices. Jeff earned his degree in Business from Missouri State University. He and his wife Shannon are lifelong members of the High Street Baptist Church where they enjoy teaching children. Jeff and Shannon have one son.

treasurer - GARY WILSON

A Real Estate professional with A.R. Wilson Realty in Springfield Missouri. Gary currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Springfield Apartment and Housing Association, the National Apartment Association, and the Missouri Apartment Association. Gary and his wife Lisa also serve as directors of Missions at High Street Baptist Church in Springfield Missouri. Gary and Lisa have 2 daughters.

secretary - EDDIE LYONS

Lead pastor at High Street Baptist Church in Springfield Missouri. Eddie completed his MBA from the Ateneo University in Manilla where he and his wife Cindy also spent 20 years serving as missionaries. Eddie is widely respected for his wisdom as a leader and his passion for missions. Eddie and Cindy have 5 children.
